0.1 www.mariosousa.com (“us,” “we”) and his founder("the Artist") is committed to respecting the fair use of commercial transactions with its visitors and users("Subscriber", "subscriber", "You","you") of this website (the “Site”,"website"). We created this Refund Policy (“Policy”) to give you confidence as you visit and use the Site, and to demonstrate a commitment to the fair information practices and the protection of refund for both we and its visitors and users. Capitalized terms that are not defined in the Refund Policy Terms have the meaning given them in Terms and Conditions of Use (https://www.mariosousa.com/terms). 1.1 We are committed to safeguarding the refund rights of our website visitors; in this policy we explain how we will treat your refund rights.

1.2 By using our website and agreeing to this policy, you consent to our use our website in accordance with the terms of this policy.

3. Payment Details

3.1 We will bill you a one time purchase order once. This is not a recurring billing payment.

3.3 All payments shall be done via the international renowed payment systems: PayPal.

3.4 Depending, on the moment in time that you make your purchase order, you here by agree and understand that the creator and founder is an Artist, and therefore his artwork is not the result of mass production, but rather manual labour of the creator. Given such restraints, there is only so much that a Human being can do, to provide such services in High Quality. The creator, founder and artist, endeavours to make his artistical work available in the shortest time possible, but no assurances are here by declared of providing and reducing any estimate of delivery of the artworks to you.

(a)For artwork that is ready and available, the piece is shipped to you within 2-3 working days.

(b)For commissioned artwork, the best estimate I can provide to you is: An average minimum of 2-3 months waiting period to receive your order.

4. Taxes.

The subscriber is responsible for all applicable sales, use, transfer or other taxes and all duties, whether international, national, state, or local, however designated, which are levied or imposed by reason of the transaction contemplated hereby, excluding, however, income taxes on profits which may be levied against us.

5. Refund Policies

(a) REQUEST FOR REFUNDS. You must request a refund by emailing at cancelations[@]mariosousa.com. No refund are available after 30 days of a succesful placement and payment of a purchase order.

(b) REFUND DETAILS. If you are not satisfied with your order, you must send your item to us.

(b.1) We do not accept any refunds that are sent with any type of charges to collect at destination. All costs of shippment of your refund are at your own expense

(b.2) We commit to refund you up to 30 days of receivement of your item.

(c) DISCLAIMER. Keep in mind that during transportation, the package might be damaged. We exclude ourselves from any liability that may result to your package. Any Acts of God, that may occur until the package arrives to you/sent to us, it is in God's hands.
